Return and Refund Policy

At Miliones, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and quick solution.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must:
- Be in its original condition, unused and unsealed
- Be in its complete original packaging (box, instructions, accessories)
- Not have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
Important: Opened or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
3. Return Procedure
To make a return:
- Contact us by email at sutee25271984@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours.
- Send the product back to the address provided, preferably with postal tracking.
4. Refund
Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Defective Product or Error
If you have received a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at sutee25271984@gmail.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
