General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Miliones (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on our online store.

Article 1 – Purpose

These T&Cs are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of perfumes and beauty products offered by Miliones.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on our online store at the time of the Customer's visit. Each product is presented with a detailed description and a photograph. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

The Customer places orders online. Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after their order is validated.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online via the methods available on our store. Payment is secured. The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are given as an indication only. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (opened perfumes).

Article 8 – Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractually binding.

Article 10 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
